If you would like to run, it's advisable that you pre-register your interest. To do this, you can either enter online via the Runner's World site, or simply print the race entry form, complete it and send it, along with a stamped self-addressed A4 envelope, to: .

We will then register you to run and closer to the race date we will send you a pack of information (see Runner's Pack) about the race along with your number. We need to have received postal applications by the 7th of October if you wish to receive your number by post, rather than collect it on the day.

Please note that no refunds will be given to any runner unable to participate in the event for any reason.

The race is being run under UK Athletics rules (Licence Number 2011-102955).

Application fees are £11 for runners who are affiliated with a UK Athletics or an ARC Affiliated Club and £13 for non-affiliated runners. Please note that the additional £2 charge for non-affiliated runners relates directly to the insurance cover that is being provided through UK Athletics. It will be possible for runners to register on the day. To do this, you will need to make your way to the Village hall (see facilities map) where you will find a registration desk. Please note that the fee for registering on the day will be £15. You will need to complete an entry form so if you wish, you can pre-complete the form and bring with you - entry form as above.
