Welcome to the Frieth Hilly 10k site. This year’s race will take place on Sunday 17th October and we are delighted to unveil our new title font and logo (above) designed by Frieth pupils, Ella Beales and Charlie Kavanagh-Ward.

We would like to thank Jolyon Marshall Ltd and Polar Electro (UK) Ltd for donating some amazing POLAR FT7 monitors (RRP £99.50), and Buff Headwear which is supporting the race for the third year, donating a number of fantastic reversible Buffs and headbands as category prizes.

Following runners’ feedback, we will be retaining popular race features this year including the blessing by the Rev John Wigram, hot bacon sandwiches from the barbecue and free down-loadable pictures of the race on our Facebook site, and will also be changing a few things, including reducing the lower age limit for runners from 18 to 16 years.
