This will take place within the village hall and runners will need to pay their entry fee either by cheque or cash, we will not be able to accept credit/debit cards. Pre-registering runners who registered too late to receive their numbers through the post must collect them from this desk also.



The race will start on the road outside the School, facing up the hill. We would ask that those more experienced runners take up the position by the start line and the less experienced line-up behind this (towards the church) in order to help make the race fair to all competitors.

Post-race massage will be provided in the school hall - 10 minute leg treatments - designed to ease tense and weary muscles and improve post-race recovery. The cost will be £5, with all profits going to Frieth CEC School PTA. Massage will also be available during the race for any supporters, at the same cost.

There will be a prize giving for all category winners on the School field.

There will be prizes for the fastest runners in a number of categories.
