All cars - spectators and runners - should be parked in the designated field, off Innings Road, Little Frieth. The car park will be clearly signposted from all directions and marshals will direct you where to park. Please note that all vehicles are left at owner's risk. Click on Directions for written instruction on getting to Frieth. Bags can be left in the School hall, but please note that this will not be staffed. Please do not leave any valuables in your bags, as they are left at your own risk. Toilets can be found both within the village hall and the School building as well as Portaloos out the front of the School. There will be First Aid provision within the School hall. However, if you require medical assistance during the race, please make one of our marshals aware and they will ensure you receive the attention you require. by Bodyretreat Massage
Bodyretreat Massage specialises in deep tissue Sports & Remedial Massage, for sporting and non-sporting individuals, as well as providing therapeutic and well-being treatments for relaxation. Individual treatments are available in Wargrave, with group/pamper events being available within your home/the location of your choice. These will be available to runners and spectators from 9am – 12.30pm and served in the village hall.
